Binder Pro is a product of TCGX LTD, Company Number 16093472.

References to Binder Pro, we, us, and our mean TCGX LTD trading through the Binder Pro product.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all actions performed through your account.

You must have authority to connect any eBay, Stripe, Royal Mail, carrier, storage, or other third-party account used with Binder Pro.

Binder Pro helps automate listing, pricing, stock, fulfilment, and buyer issue workflows, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving any action taken on your eBay account.

You are responsible for listing accuracy, prices, quantities, images, item descriptions, dispatch promises, refunds, cancellations, messages, labels, compliance with eBay policies, and compliance with applicable law.

Binder Pro may rely on data from eBay, pricing providers, card databases, or your own settings. You should check important actions before they are submitted, especially bulk updates, price changes, stock changes, order handling, and buyer communications.

Paid access is provided through a recurring subscription unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes checkout and billing.

You can cancel according to the subscription controls provided. Access may end if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or an account breaches these terms.

Binder Pro depends on third-party services including eBay, Stripe, hosting providers, storage providers, pricing data sources, and carriers. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, policy changes, data errors, or API changes made by those providers.

We may update, suspend, or remove features where needed for security, maintenance, third-party API compatibility, or product development.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Binder Pro is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every selling workflow.

You are responsible for checking the results of automated actions. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect prices, incorrect stock levels, duplicate listings, failed listings, marketplace restrictions, cancelled orders, refunds, carrier issues, lost sales, account restrictions, or missed business opportunities, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of Binder Pro after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
